Spa Bookings and Etiquette
Reservation:
A credit card is required to hold reservation and a 50% deposit. Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations which my affect your treatment at the spa.
Cancellation/Postponement:
Your treatment time as been reserved especially for you. If you do need to change or cancel your appointment you are required to provide 24 working hours notice. Without notice, a 50% cancellation free will apply. Should you not arrive for your booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply and any gift vouchers will be void.
