Cooking School

Our Cooking classes are a fun experience, but we do have some T&C’s for you to abide by.
Cancellations & No-shows: Classes are non refundable unless 7 days notice is given. If you need to cancel or change a class, please call our friendly office on (07) 5450 0115.
Allergies: If you have an allergy, please contact us before booking. We will assist you wherever possible, as you are cooking individual dishes they can be modified to suit your requirements. Please be aware that some sauces may contain traces of nuts.
Vouchers: If using a voucher you MUST present your voucher to us on the day of the class – if the voucher has been forgotten or lost, the full amount will be charged to the recipients credit card and will be refunded when the vouchers have been delivered to us.
Recipe Changes: A recipe might be different to the description – this is rare but sometimes an ingredient might be unavailable on the day
What do I need to bring: Wear closed in shoes is the only requirement, otherwise we supply everything you need.
Children: we welcome our future chefs from the age of 12 years, unfortunately we cannot cater for babies or strollers.


Cancellation/ Rebooking/ No-Show & Refunds:

  • If canceled  up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If modified up to 14 days before date of arrival a $50 fee is charged
  • If canceled or modified within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Refunds after this time are subject to room being relet.
  • We suggest travel insurance to cover any such losses due to cancellation.

50 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking. 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days before arrival.

Room Capacity:  Cabins & Chalet are designed for couples and comfortably accommodate two adults in either a king size or twin single beds.  A third person can be accommodated in roll-a-way for an additional charge
Check-In: 2pm
Check-Out: 10.00 am
Room Rates: All rates are inclusive of GST and are firm at time of deposit; otherwise subject to change without notice.
Room confirmation: 100% payment is required upon reservation
Early Departure: No refunds are possible if you cut your stay short, as we generally cannot re-let a cabin at short notice.
No Show: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card, if you have not paid by credit card you will be invoiced the full amount.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the Chalets, Day Spa or Cooking School
Pets: No pets allowed


We ask that you arrive at least 10 mins prior to your scheduled appointment.  This will allow you time to settle in and complete necessary treatment paperwork.  We regret that a late arrival may reduce your treatment time.

Spa Reservation

To schedule an appointment please speak with our Spa receptionist who will guide you to the right treatment choice.  To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend advanced bookings.  A credit card is required to hold reservation and a 50% deposit.  Please let us know in advance if you have any special health or physical considerations which may affect your treatment at the spa.

Spa Cancellation/Postponement

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 48 working hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 48 hrs of appointment and any gift vouchers will be void. Group bookings require full payment 1 month before appointment date.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you are required to provide 1 weeks notice.  If cancelled  within 7 days of booking  a 100% cancellation fee will apply and any gift vouchers will be void.
